Shape the first release.
A small number of organisations are deciding what Zubl is like to live with — which apps matter, what the defaults should be, and where we've got it wrong. We are taking design partners now, in each app family and in each of our first markets.
What it is
A working relationship, not a beta list
You get early access, direct influence over what gets built, and pricing that reflects the risk of going first. We get the thing we can't buy: real data, real edge cases, and someone telling us when we've got it wrong. If your data needs to live in a particular region, that is part of the conversation — dedicated environments are stood up for design partners where they need them.
What you get
- Early access — your tenancy now, on the current release, ahead of general availability
- Direct influence — a standing line to the people building it, and visible weight on what ships next
- Design-partner pricing — a substantial discount off the published list, structured so it survives your renewal
- Your apps, seeded — we work through your setup with you, and your edge cases shape the defaults everyone else inherits
- Apps you need that don't exist yet — built with you, by hand or with the AI builder, and yours to keep on the same licence
What we ask
- Real use — actual records with actual data, not a sandbox evaluation
- Regular feedback — a working session most fortnights while you implement, and honesty when something doesn't work
- A reference — we ask for this plainly and up front: when it works, we'd like to be able to name you and say so. It's negotiated at the start, not sprung at the end
Who this suits
An honest filter
A good fit if
- You have more than one entity, division or site
- At least one of the app families describes a problem you have in spreadsheets today
- You have a project lead who can own it
- You're willing to be named
Probably not if
- You've just signed a multi-year contract for the same function
- You need a certified vendor today — we are not one yet
- You want a document repository rather than governed data
