The two plans meet at fifty users.
Fifty users on the per-user plan costs US$12,000 a year. So does the first infrastructure tier. There's no cliff and no penalty for crossing — you move when it's cheaper, and not before.
Migration is free. We build the dedicated environment, test it, agree a cutover window with you, and move the data.

Users are genuinely unlimited on every tier — the ranges are guidance on comfort, not a licence limit. Beyond Infra 4, or for residency in more than one region, pricing is a combination of these units rather than a bespoke quote.
You count users until you don't have to. Then never again.
Most enterprise software makes you classify your people — full licence, light licence, read-only, occasional. Then it makes you defend those classifications at renewal.
On a dedicated plan you pay for the infrastructure and carry as many people as it serves. Nobody has to decide whether the board secretary needs a seat, and nobody has to decide whether an app you built yourself counts as a module.
Answered plainly
What counts as a user?
Anyone with a login. There are no licence classes — no full seats, light seats or read-only seats to work out. On a dedicated infrastructure plan nobody counts at all.
Are the apps priced separately?
No. Every app family is included on every plan, and so is anything you extend or build yourself. Adding an app is a decision, not a procurement.
What happens if we exceed our storage?
Nothing stops working. Document storage beyond your quota is US$0.15 per GB per month; data storage is US$1.00 per GB per month. Most tenants never approach the data quota — it exists so “every app included” stays safe to promise.
What happens if we outgrow a tier?
You move up the ladder. Each tier doubles the one before it, so there are no surprise jumps, and we publish indicative comfortable user ranges so you can see the next step coming.
Where does our data live?
In the region you choose. Dedicated plans are stood up in the hosting region your data needs to stay in; the per-user plan runs on shared infrastructure in a stated region. The current list is on the hosting page.
Can we get our data out?
Yes — full export in open formats, on request, at any time, with no exit fee. It is also stated in our terms, not just here.
What does implementation cost?
Nothing from us. The guided setup and seeded configuration are part of the product. If you engage an implementation partner, that is a relationship between you and them.
Do you offer discounts?
Design partners only — pricing that reflects the risk of going first, structured as a discount off this published list. For everyone else, the published price is the price; if it changes, it changes on this page.
